Thank you, New Hampshire

Thank you.

I’m honored beyond words to be elected as New Hampshire’s next U.S. Senator.

Voters said, in a resounding voice, that America needs a course correction. Washington needs a new generation at the table to fix things. And New Hampshire needs independent leadership to stand up and get things done.

Voters in New Hampshire and all across the country have simply had enough and are demanding a change in direction. And I’m ready to fight with everything I’ve got to deliver the change we need.

New Hampshire, we must be clear-eyed about the scale of the challenges we face and the work it’ll take to move forward.

Whether it’s building the housing Granite Staters need, expanding access to health care and child care, saving Social Security, protecting our planet, restoring reproductive freedom, rooting out corruption, or holding the administration accountable, we don’t have a moment to waste.

There will be moments ahead that test our resolve, and there will be times when we hit roadblocks and get frustrated with the pace of progress.

But we can never give up, and we must be committed to renewing the purpose of American democracy and working with persistence and urgency every day.

I’ll be honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with you, to work with anyone willing to deliver for the people of New Hampshire, and to stand up to anyone who tries to set us back.

Across the state Granite Staters are showing the fighting spirit, resilience, and determination we’re known for.

That’s how we do things in New Hampshire. We step up, we roll up our sleeves, and we make it happen. And that’s the spirit I’ll bring to my work in the Senate.

This was a hard-won victory.

Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the corporate special interests threw money, attack ads, and outright lies at us for months. $67 million worth of it. But we beat them anyway.

Whether you chipped in, made phone calls, knocked on doors, talked to your friends and neighbors about what’s at stake, or simply kept up with our campaign by reading emails like this one. Thank you. I wouldn’t be here without you.

So as we celebrate, let’s think about the brighter future that we will build together. Let’s remember what’s possible when we join with a common purpose to fight for a freer, fairer New Hampshire.
